3. Condition & Provenance
- New, refurbished, or used
- Hours of operation or service history
- Photographic evidence (all sides + nameplate)
- Inspection reports or third-party evaluations
- Traceability to prior operator
4. Commercial Viability
- Price benchmarked vs. market/competitors
- Lead time / readiness for dispatch
- Warranty terms
- Supplier terms: Incoterms, payment schedule, penalties
- Clear return/rejection clause in contract
5. Logistics & Delivery
- Dimensions and weight confirmed for shipping
- Packing method suitable for O&G site delivery (□ISPM 15)
- Export documents (if international: COO, invoice, BOL)
- Shipping method determined (truck, rail, ocean, air)
- Delivery point and crane/lift equipment availability onsite
6. Supplier Qualification
- Vendor pre-approved or verified
- Past performance/reputation in O&G projects
- Insurance and liability coverage checked

7. Post-Delivery & Installation
- Installation manual and IOM documents provided
