• All sales final. No cancellations or returns will be accepted.
• Sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee.
• Equipment listed not offered to meet any specifications or requirements.
• Full payment prior to possession.
• Equipment is not considered sold until payment in full is received.
• Buyer assumes ownership of and responsibility for all equipment when payment is received.
• Equipment must be picked up within 30 days of the invoice date. Storage fees may apply thereafter.
• Subject to prior sale / redeployment.
• Subject to owner’s approval of Offer to Purchase and Conditions of Sale.
• Buyer must disconnect from electrical, piles, process, and fuel gas, if required.
• Ex Works – Buyer responsible for loading and transport and all associated removal and transport costs and risks.
• Errors and Omissions Excepted.
• Taxes excluded.
